Tobey Maguire has filed for joint custody of his son, Otis, nearly a decade after splitting from estranged wife Jennifer Meyer. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, August 1, Maguire, 50, filed a response on Thursday, July 31, to Meyer’s initial divorce filing from 2020.
