India fires missiles on Pakistan in what Islamabad calls 'act of war'

India has fired missiles at Pakistan, in what it said was retaliation for last month’s massacre of Indian tourists. Pakistan called Wednesday's strikes an act of war and said more than two dozen people were killed.
