The Caribbean’s highest-priced residential development has launched sales in Puerto Rico, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
Called La Cala, the ultra-luxury enclave is the newest addition to the Ritz-Carlton Reserve-branded Dorado Beach Resort, offering just 14 custom beachfront estates with prices starting at $31.5 million and reaching over $43 million—making it the most expensive real estate community in the region.
