HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (TCN) -- Authorities recently charged a convicted sex offender on suspicion of beating a man to death nearly 15 years ago. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, investigators found 48-year-old James Terry deceased inside his trailer on Oct. 5, 2010. Deputies said he died of blunt head trauma, but no arrests were made at the time, and the case went cold.
