Jimmie Allen has been found liable of assault, battery, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress against an unnamed woman in a sexual assault lawsuit. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, August 19, Judge Aleta A. Trauger ruled that Allen, 40, and his legal team “failed to comply” with multiple orders of the court.
