Sharon, who has managed Ozzy‘s solo career since 1979, spoke to Billboard ahead of the event.
On the unnamed band that she disinvited from the event, Sharon said, “It’s not the time to make a profit. After the show I’ll let everybody know who it was. I think people will be shocked.”
Though Sharon didn’t name the band, she went on to say that her removing the band from the lineup lead to some issues with their manager. She previously spoke to Metal Hammer and said, “And I don’t care what this person says about me, thinks about it, because he doesn’t know me. And he’s now going around making up bulls— lies because I threw his band off the bill.”
She went on to specify that despite previous issues with Iron Maiden‘s frontman, that’s not the band that she kicked out of the lineup.
If you missed it, Ozzy‘s final concert was a very special event for one of their kids!
