ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (TCN) -- A 24-year-old man pleaded not guilty to hitting a young girl over the head with a glass bottle and slashing her with it because she was in his way.
According to the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office, on April 25, an 8-year-old girl was reportedly looking for a water fountain in a restaurant when she crossed paths with Nichalas San Souci. San Souci allegedly broke a beer bottle over her head and "sliced her neck" with it. The victim went to the hospital and required 19 stitches.
