Eddie Redmayne originated the role of the Emcee in the current revival of Cabaret and now he’s back to celebrate the show’s milestone performance.
The 43-year-old actor, who won an Olivier Award for his performance in the West End production and was nominated for a Tony Award on Broadway, was joined by his wife Hannah at the 1500th gala performance on Monday (July 7) at the Kit Kat Club in London, England.
Eddie was also joined by some of the stars who led the revival over the last few years, including Luke Treadaway, Mason Alexander Park, Self Esteem, and Layton Williams.
Current stars Hannah Dodd and Rob Madge also walked the carpet at the performance.
While Broadway’s Cabaret will close later this year, the London production is still going strong after four years!
