Deputies need your help: 9-year-old girl kidnapped in Upstate

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help after a 9-year-old girl was kidnapped in the Upstate. An Amber Alert has been issued for 9-year-old Braelynn Ann Blaire in a black Nissan Rogue with a license plate: RHZ8259.
