Denise Richards and her husband Aaron Phypers are getting divorced.

The 54-year-old actress and reality star’s 52-year-old husband filed for divorce today (July 7) and cited “irreconcilable differences” on the divorce documents.

He also listed their date of separation as July 4, 2025, TMZ reports.

He filed the papers in Los Angeles, and indicates that he wants spousal support from Denise as well.

The pair do not have any kids, so there’s no custody situation that needs to be worked out.

Denise and Aaron got married back in 2018, and we have photos from their wedding. They actually got married just two days after announcing their engagement.

Two years after their wedding, they faced rumors that they were in an open marriage.
