Blake Lively‘s deposition date has been revealed.

The discovery process in her ongoing court battle with Justin Baldoni continues, with her lawyers serving subpoenas to two publicists connected to the 41-year-old actor and director.

The publicists’ attorney filed a motion for extension, asking for an extra week to produce documents. And in one exchange sent on July 2, it states that “…Lively’s deposition is set for July 17, ” per People.

Blake has accused her It Ends With Us director and costar of sexual harassment and retaliation, which he has denied. His counterclaims against her and her husband Ryan Reynolds included allegations of extortion and defamation, and was dismissed by Judge Lewis J. Liman. His legal team opted not to refile amended versions of those claims.

Their trial is set for March 2026 in New York, and attorneys for both parties have indicated that they plan to testify during the proceedings.
