HONEA PATH, S.C. (TCN) -- Authorities recently arrested two people after finding a baby in "severe unsafe and unsanitary conditions" with over 40 animals, including living and deceased. On May 19, the Honea Path Police Department responded to a home after the Department of Social Services reported concerns about an 8-month-old living in unsanitary conditions.
